When you are considering building a home many different things go through your mind, you wonder where, when, how much and what things will look like. You may have even looked in a development were you have two to four options of homes, which makes your home look just like everyone else's home on the block. Those builders seem to pay no attention to detail and have no vision of uniqueness in their homes.

I had the pleasure of meeting Christian about eight years ago. My parents were building a new home and just fell in love with one of Christian's homes they saw in another development. Christian was very personable right from the start; you can tell that he loves what he is doing by his constant smile. He made a gorgeous new home for my parents and little did I know that eight years later he would do the same for my wife and me.

Christian knew that we wanted an old world look to the front of our home. He came up with a wonderful sketch design and from there our dream was starting to become a reality. Christian was very instrumental in helping us decide on colors, textures, lighting, and flooring. If questions arose, he was there to handle everything and make things right. I can not begin to say how much detail was put in our new home, every room has unique features and designs and the front of our home turned out even more beautiful than we could imagine.

We recently had Christian finish our basement. I had told him that we wanted a place to relax at night and a place to be able to entertain many guests. Christian also knew that we wanted to possibly add a bar and theatre room to the basement. Christian made all of those ideas a reality; the basement had turned out far better than we could have hoped for.

I would recommend Christian Scheuermann to anyone looking to build a new home, especially someone who wants something different and not like everyone else. Christian truly excels in attention to detail and pulling it all together to make your home truly a dream. Christian loves what he does and that is reflected in the happiness of his many home owners. Christian has given my wife and I a wonderful home to begin our family life together in and we will cherish it for many many years to come.

I wanted to thank you for providing us with such an exceptional home. It is a true pleasure to love the place you call home and my girls and I give thanks every day for working with you to make it possible.

As an Interior Designer I work with people on their homes on a daily basis. To be able to work on my own home after so many years of helping other people was a joy. It was my good fortune to be able to partner with you on such a personal project.

My favorite thing about working with you as a builder was the cooperative nature of your approach. Not only does it feel as if all the details can be discussed but together we found the best selections. Your expertise in the areas of finishes, materials and sources is invaluable.

By working with your craftsmen from all trades; electricians, plumbers, floor finishers, cabinet makers – the list goes on and on - we were able to achieve the vision I had in mind for our home.

After working on so many projects, with so many contractors, for so many years, I can say from experience that your ability to bring a project in on schedule is a testimony to your multi-tasking skills. It is not easy to keep the work flow smooth on a project of this scope so I am eternally grateful that we were able to complete the job on time.

I would never leave our home but if I did it would only be to go into another Chris Scheuermann home. It was a great experience and I will always think fondly of the time we worked together. You are an exceptional craftsman and I am proud of the result of your hard labor, high standards and attention to detail.

It has been a pleasure and please do not hesitate to use me as a reference for any future projects.

Dear Chris,
We’ve only been in our new home for about six months now, and we’re still in awe of how great it turned out. We love it! The house is exactly how we imagined it and even more so. Not only is the house beautiful, always receiving raves from neighbors, friends and family who see it for the first time, the style reflects perfectly our desire to have a home that is casual and comfortable for entertaining our family and friends.

From the very beginning we knew we had made the right choice. Your professionalism, integrity and superior craftsmanship were evident throughout the project.
